People who adopt children from other countries are providing families for those in need. The media protray international adoption as baby selling and trafficking , but it really enables thousand of poor and orpahned children to grow up and be productive members of society. Between the years 1971 and 2001 international adoption has double in the last 11 years.Truely that is a wonderful thing! The time has come for adoption agency to stop the proganda and use there power to correct the public perception. Every child deserves a loving home.

english assignment 2

Our english assignment this time is pretty hard, I mean harder then the first assignment. We are to do hold new thing just get info on our subject. I wrote about money and morals: can we have both? It seems, for some at least, that “money is the answer for everything.” We are to provide for our immediate family, and if we have a little extra, we have “ something to distribute to someone in need.” We are told to carry our portion and enjoy the fruits of our labors. Wealth generates in some an appetite that is never satisfied. When money becomes the object of our affection rather than merely a means to get things done, we became susceptible to all sorts of moral temptations.

the class was assign another letter that is due soon, but I think this time it is a little easy, lite, not as tuff, then the other assignment last time. evaluating somthing can be tuff if u let it be.choosing a suitable art, car, or resturant needs to be base on your personality. that is why i chossing to write about Money and Morals, can we have both? So far this topic has been ok to me and not giving me any problems. I feel strongly about both subjects so i have a lot to say.

Dear Editor

With the little time I have, I try to fit daily reading of the newspaper. I have read many newspaper over the years in my life and the only thing that always come to mind when I finish is “ Do they shape our thinking?” Over the past few centuries, newspapers have shaped culture, influence politics, played an important role in business, and affected the daily lives of millions. They provide information on which many readers form opinions. Many businessmen, scientists, entertainment stars, and politicians have come to grief over a scandal publicized in newspapers. How reliable is what we read in our newspapers? What precautions can help us benefit from them? I ask myself everyday.

Finding enough news is not a problem in many places in our ever-shrinking world. News agencies floods the vast newspapers we have in the world each day. Reporters, correspondents, news broadcasts, and other sources flood newspaper editors even further.
The news consists of my favorites announcements, press statements and reports about scheduled events, such as concerts, and social conventions. Editors must know their market to meet the demand for information on subjects of local interest. Sports sections, comic sections, political cartoons, and editorials are popular parts of newspapers. I see that more and more classified ads for real estate, jobs, and cars have been lost to the internet. Even thought my internet use is growing every single minutes.
There is often justification for uncertainty, especially when what is said involves the national interests of the country in which a newspaper is printed. Everybody make mistakes, even the most honest and skilled professionals. Journalist must contend with unreliable news sources.. Even well intentioned journalists don’t always get the story right.

Newspapers are racing against one another to be the first to publish the news. For that reason many of them although willing, are not able to write a well researched article. I think readers needs to examine carefully what is written to see if it has the “ring of truth”. The reader may check different sources for verification, but who has the time to do anything now. I know I don’t! At the same time, don’t expect perfection. As we have seen, various factors prevent newspapers from being entirely objective. Still they can help you to stay informed about what’s going on in the world. Your newspaper can help you do so, even while you make allowance for its limitations.
Sincerely,

RELFLECTION:
The first thing I needed to do was choose what publication I was going to use. I decided to use the newspaper because I just didn’t like the magazine that I have read. Then I had to think of a subject to write about . I was researching many article to write about but the though came to mind that do newspapers really shape the way we think? If it has the “ring of truth”. Almost everyone world wide reads the newspaper including me but how reliable is what we read?
Reading the daily newspaper is almost everyone routine , and receiving information that might change our daily life in this world. At times hoaxes are fed to the press. Journalists don’t always get the story right scares me a little , always wondering if they rush to publish there information to quickly and not getting the truth out correctly. Working at fast pace all the time. Shaping culture, and influencing politics. Terrorist, war ,and crime live in our backyard every single day! So we need actuate news so we can have the hope of happiness, laughter and peace still growing in our hearts. So asking question is the only way to get my mind thinking. That why we have the news so we can be informed of trouble and future events.

love: dark and lonely

She can remember the day quite clearly,
It was filled with darkness and dreary.
The light from yonder window breaks,
And the moon settles into the midst.
The maiden and her lover were filled with deviation.
The aspects of temptation, were all but realization.
When her fair fellow caught her in a love triangle.
The lover dashed off into the darkness.
Clasp! Thunder!
And a burst of lighting frighten the young maiden.
As her fair fellow spoke out in a loud bellow,
The words that he said, were far from mellow.
“You have lost me for good.”
Now, what can the young maiden do?
She has lost her fair fellow and her lover too.
